The 2011 Annual Safe Schools Conference, “Keeping Our Children Safe: Strategies for Schools and Communities" will be held at the Hilton Harrisburg, May 11-13, 2011. The Conference is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Education in partnership with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, Pennsylvania State Police, and Center for Safe Schools.

 

 

Delay or Cancellation Procedures:
Due to inclement weather (snow, ice, flooding, etc.) or other emergencies workshops may be delayed or cancelled. Registrants are responsible for calling the Center for Safe Schools Automated Voice Messaging System at (717) 763-1661, Option 3 after 6:30 a.m. the day of the conference/workshop. The system is updated as conditions change, so it is necessary to call for any changes prior to leaving for your scheduled conference/workshop.
